Connect beteween base and emitter
Using 15voltage supply and using muiltermeter and find the base and emitter and calucation came up and it was 0.03v
Connect beteween collector and emitter
Using 15 votlage supply and muiltermeter using the red lead to the collector and the black lead probe connects to the emiitter and calcaution was 0.01v

B= the Cut off regions means the minumum power through the tranisistor means not really full on.
Active region between the saturated and cut off resgin
The power dissipated by the tranisistor is

P = Vce x Ic
